Cozumel Photo Tour
The following are way too many pictures from our Cozumel trip. I just couldn't narrow it down any more than this. Look at them until you're tired of images of my beautiful children or until your raging jealousy of our tropical vacation overcomes you. I'll understand if you don't make it to the end. (For pics of Airan's underwater adventures, go here. For my summary of the trip, go here.)
On the plane, barely. (They upgraded us to first class for the first leg of our journey because no other seats were left. Livin' the high life!)
Daddy with Evie and Sophie, enjoying our new warm locale.
Observing flamingos at the resort.
Posing.
On the beach.
Exhausted.
Trying out the hammock on our porch.
This evening, Evie fell asleep at dinner. The waiters made her a bed out of two chairs and many napkins and tablecloths for bedding.
Sophie fell asleep, too, but she was stuck with me for a bed.
Suiting up at the Dolphin Discovery center.
Swimming with dolphins.
Fish at the dolphin center.
Sophie gives Ixchel the dolphin a big kiss.
Playing in San Miguel Plaza in the island's main city.
Evie on the go.
Daddy, Evie, and Sophie in San Miguel.
These sombreros are a perfect fit!
No caption necessary, right?
At the kiddie pool, Sophie and Evie's favorite spot at the resort (perhaps tied with the playground).
That water was REALLY cold.
Sophie was quite the water bug.
Evie was less inclined to get her toes wet.
On a boat taking us out to our submarine tour.
On the submarine. (The light underwater was very eerie.)
You can just barely see the display telling us that we were 100 feet below the surface. Just between you and me, I got a little claustrophobic.
Being silly.
Most of my shots from the sub looked about like this, so I'll spare you the full collection.
One of our maid's exquisite towel sculptures.
Notice the banana tree in the background.
Last morning at the resort, just before heading off to the airport and snowy, cold Chicago.

Goin back?
I'm sure I can fit in your suitcase next time. Jack, too!
Hmmm...outside our window is nothing but the whiteness of snow. The blue water and warm sunshine look very appealing! It looks like you all had a wonderful time!
I can't believe how big and beautiful the world travelers look. Looking forward to hearing the girls give me the details soon!
I didn't know you swam with dolphins! So cool!! It looks like an awesome trip. Jealous!
So ... very ... jealous.
