Shriners, Dogs, and Minivans

Whew! It's been a busy day.

We started off this morning at the Shriners Hospital, where the girls donned some fetching hospital gowns for their twice-yearly checkup.

Evie hams it up.

Big hug!

Sophie shows off her pearly whites.

Next, we stopped by Hot Doug's, as is now our post-Shriners tradition.

Evie's hunger strike falters when faced with a corndog -- AND ketchup.

Back off -- Sophie will not be sharing her delicious dog.

Then we did a bit more minivan shopping. (No purchases yet, but maybe soon...)

Evie likes this one, but it needs to have more sounds and lights.

Sophie is miffed that her sister is always in the driver's seat.

After all that, Mom and Dad are ready for a big nap. Too bad the girls disagree.

Won't be long before those girls are getting their learners' permits.
How did their check-ups go?

How old do the girls have to be before it becomes creepy that I think they look adorable with their tushes hanging out in those gowns?

I hope all went well, and the girls showed up those other darn OI twin girls. (Not that I doubt that they did, of course. I mean, come on! Our girls are awesome!)
